Help RootX Go Green!!

At RootX trees are the “root” of our business!  To preserve these important trees, RootX is going to eliminate the paper registration cards and reminder letters sent to Professional Plumbers and their homeowner customers. The reminder to the Plumbing Professional and their homeowner customer for the yearly RootX retreatment will be done exclusively by email. 

If you would like your customer to be notified to contact you for another RootX treatment you will have to submit your customer’s email so that RootX can let them know that they need to contact you for another RootX treatment.

To accomplish this you will have to go to: http://www.rootx.com/plumbers/reminder_program and input your customer’s information including their email which will then be utilized exclusively to send this customer and email notifying the homeowner to contact their plumbing professional for another RootX treatment.

So if you would like to continue to receive RootX application reminders for you and your customers you will have to do the following:

• All Registration cards submitted to RootX must have your customers email on them. (Emails are now required when registering your customers online.)
• RootX’s receipt of Paper warranty cards will end Jan 1, 2013 requiring Mandatory website entry if you would like to continue with the RootX Registration program.
• Letters will be mailed up to August 1, 2013.
• After August 1, 2013 all letters that were once mailed will now be emailed.

NOTE:Emails collected will be used exclusively for the RootX Registration program only.
